Scott Lineberry is a native of Morrisville, Pennsylvania. Scott graduated from Millersville University in 1994 with a degree in education, and he earned his Juris Doctor from the Widener University School of Law in 2003. Among other things, Scott is a member of the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Prior to beginning his career as a lawyer, Scott taught in the School District of Lancaster. He also served in the U.S. Army, the Army Reserve, and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. During that time, Scott was deployed to Kuwait, and he held several leadership positions including platoon leader, executive officer, and company commander.

Over the course of his legal career, Scott has focused his practice in the areas of criminal defense, juvenile law, and civil litigation. He has defended clients charged with a wide variety of criminal offenses, including homicide and DUI. He has also defended clients in cases concerning driver’s licenses and traffic citations. Beyond that, Scott has represented clients in juvenile court proceedings, in public school matters, in landlord/tenant cases, and in various other civil matters. He has also successfully represented clients on appeal before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.
